I traveled with my grandchildren and daughter inlaw,and we enjoyed our stay at the hotel very much, a great stop for a rest after a very long flight and a great start to our very wonderful visit to my homeland!The breakfast was excellent and the staff was friendly and very helpful............We Liked the best........ The very Friendly and helpful Staff , and the short distance to the U-Bahn.

All was fine during my stay, no major issues to mention.

The hotel was very near the turnoff from the motorway but you could not hear any of the traffic and the surrounding area was very peaceful. The family rooms we booked were comfortable and spacious and we all had a very good night sleep. Staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was good.

Our room was facing towards the railway station and you could hear the trains up until about 11pm and from 6am onwards.

Welcome was excellent and Reception was very helpful on indications on how to find them in the town. Very nice and cleam room.

The hotel room was clean and tidy with comfortable beds. The staff was very informative and helpful. The buffet breakfast was excellent and its dining room was pleasant with modern and stylish décor. The hotel was located in a good, pleasant location, easily accessible from the highway, yet in a safe community. The city centre and harbour of Hamburg were within a half-hour drive. The hotel was well recommended with good facilities for both solo and family travellers.

The hotel lacked air conditioning, which made the rooms very warm. , the pillows were thin and flat, and the mattresses were older and stiff.

Had a great weekend stay in this small hotel. The staff were super friendly and the room was really comfortable and clean. We loved the fact that there was a lovely garden area to sit in, it was so peaceful. One of the best things was the location, it was really handy being just a minute's walk to the train station which was really practical for getting around and exploring the local area. Also, the private car park was really convenient and affordable.

We did have a couple of minor issues during our stay, one being the air conditioning in the room wasn't very effective and we struggled to sleep comfortably in the heat. Another small issue was that there was only one pillow per person which was quite thin. However, overall these were only minor issues and we had a really enjoyable stay.
